This Privacy Policy governs the research portals, study-specific websites, and online services operated by ZiaDerm Research LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, the choices you have, and how to contact us. HIPAA-protected health information collected in connection with clinical care is also governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Frequency & Content — Messages may include visit reminders, study alerts, health tips, future trial opportunities, and account notices. Frequency varies.

Opt-Out — Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or reply STOP to any text message. Transactional (non-marketing) emails or texts related to study participation may still be sent where permitted by law.

Message & Data Rates — Standard carrier charges may apply.

Security — Email and SMS are not end-to-end encrypted; avoid sending sensitive medical information via these channels.

We use first- and third-party cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to recognize your device, measure traffic, tailor ads, remember preferences, and understand visitor interactions. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
